For your first time airbrush this is an excellent display of new talent developing within you. While it is your first attempt, it is enough to prove you have what it takes through practice and creativity with working with the tool.

The posture of the two characters together is well drawn and presented. You keep it simple, but expressive through their facial complextion. It works well and the style of your art brings out much more of the feelings your representing.

Colour has been touched on excellently. You've kept it simple and bold and the soft adition of detail of shading has been drawn well and finely.The hair is an excellent example of how you cna create detailed colour for the multiple layers of light and dark hues works well in his presentation.

You've shown a splendid start to working with this style and with some good practicenad patience you'll be create eye watering work soon enough.

and Riku's hair looks really good short like that, the way you did it, even though before i saw this i would gasp in horror at the thought of Riku's hair being short...i luv riku<3

(It's based off Riku, kinda more of an AU thing, but still )

Actually, the way his hair gets cut is kinda silly. A weird Heartless-Nobody thing (shortened to Daemon because I'm too lazy to really think of a good name for them) attacks him with his giant iron teeth and chops a big chunk off. Rather than trying to make a cool half-style [link] I decided to have T just finish him off and chase him through Traverse Town with scissors until he finally collapsed and let her do what she wanted. (T's a parkour kid and had basically tried to lead him through obstacles she had no problem getting over but gave him some trouble [as he didn't really get the training] until he hit a wall.) Et voilà.

Hehe... Actually, I'm trying my darndest to get the story that far... And it isn't helping that I pretty much stopped typing out chapters ><; Writing is almost there for another one, but it's definitely been too long. Thank you for sparking my initiative!

oh, you're welcome! i can totally relate when it comes to actually writing the stories in my head...there's so many ideas in there, but a lot of the time i give up on a story before it really gets anywhere...glad to hear you're sticking with yours! luckily for my KH fanfic, i have most of the KH1 part done, it's just a matter of posting it. however, i don't know if i'll ever make it beyond the end of KH1...

I see... This one's actually a [maybe]tragedy I thought up between a year-and-a-half and two years ago, started from a picture I drew of myself in Final Fantasy-style clothing (really vague, because each game has different styles, but still). It's set two years after KH2's ending, so it wouldn't really have anything to do with the storyline, because I didn't want her to be the typical "Kairi's Keyblade-wielding illegitimate sister that is in love with Sora and is exactly like her in every way so I don't have to think up original backstory but is prettier". And at the time I was obsessed with Riku (still kind of am, I guess. I blame the story. ).

ughhhh i KNOW there are too many people who give KH oc's a bad name with their mary-sue-ish-ness...

it looks like we were both obsessed with Riku at the same time, since two years ago is when i started my fanfic (which was fueled by my own Riku obsession), and im fairly sure that he will always hold a special place in my heart. i mean, how can anyone NOT love Riku???

i had to make my fanfic go along with the story of KH1 because i love the game to death and wanted to "be a part of it" in my own way, which to me is really the best part of having oc's!

I actually went and read the first four chapters of your SAP redux, and I'm liking it! I actually read some of it a really long time ago, before i joined dA, but not the redux, so now im looking forward to reading the rest of it!
