Sanchay watched helplessly as her best friend sobbed on the hillside. She wasn't very good at this sort of thing, and she tried to find something that would cheer her up. Suddenly a star lit up in the sky, brighter than any she had ever seen. "Look, Ally!" she exclaimed happily, her right arm stretching like rubber to point into the sky, "He's saying goodbye!" Ally's face was a mixture of disbelief and shock, but inside, there was a spark of light in her time of darkness.

My sympathies to after she lost her kitten. I hope this brings a little brightness back in your dark time of grieving.
